Greeted by friendly staff. Check in time was minimal. MRI Tech was the best. Made me feel comfortable and timely let me know how the next set would take.

I am beyond claustrophobic, and the idea of having to do an MRI is, for me, a a traumatic experience. I’ve tried the open MRI and that absolutely does not work, it is also restricting movement.
However, I do take a tranquilizer, Nancy, is such a compassionate technician that I do not fear going in the machine. She talks to me throughout the procedure and continually asked me how I’m doing and will say things like you’re doing great, now we’re going to do another test this will take 10 minutes and she’s very calming. Seriously, I would not get an MRI with any other technician.
